DRY STORAGE & WAREHOUSING

  • DISTRICT 3PL

    District 3PL provides dry storage and warehousing services for food and non-food products.

    Our warehouse is internally split into two separate sections to ensure safe, and quality services for both types of products.

    Items will need to be stackable and fit on standard pallets. Custom requests will need to be inquired.

  • Food Products

    All food product in our warehouse are in enclosed packaging at ambient temperature.

    Products are carefully stored, and organized, until they leave our warehouse. We do not accept open, raw or easily perishable food items.

  • Non-Food Products

    We accept a wide range of products in our warehouse.

    Please inquire about about special requests.

SPACE RENTAL & DEPOT

  • District 3PL offers depot for companies who need additional warehouse space or for cross docking Clients can to bring their own teams for logistics and transportation, upon approval..

    Clients’ products do not need to be a specific size. However, all products must be compliant to safety regulations, and non-hazardous.

OTHER SERVICES

  • Lumping & Re-palletization

    We offer lumping and re-palletization, Service charge depends on the item and its weight.

  • Consolidation

    This service is available to clients who want specific items shipped from their inventory. Picklists will need to be supplied and a service charge will be applied.

  • Crossdocking

    We offer our loading dock area as a stop for trucks that will need to use it on the way to their destination. We provide assistance with manual labor or with forklifts depending on the product and needs.
